As stated in our service policy, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

If an error is made in the shipping address of the order, several things can happen:

1) If the error is detected and reported via email within two hours of placing the order, the address can be changed without issue. To do so, please contact us using the form.

2) If more than two hours have passed, we cannot guarantee the change of address. In that case, once the tracking code has been generated by the logistics company, you must contact them directly to correct the error.

On all product pages you can see how long it takes to arrive in each case.

Typically your product will take 1-2 business days to process plus 4-5 business days to arrive from the time you make your purchase.

Depending on the geographic area where the delivery is to be made, it will be handled by a logistics company.

Typically this will be one of the following: Correos, CTT Express, Ecoscoolting Delivery or DHL, among others.

Due to logistics company circumstances, orders may arrive in separate packages and deliveries.

If you have received only part of your order, you can see how long it will take for the missing items to arrive in the order tracking email, which includes the order tracking codes.

If after checking the status of the package it says everything has been delivered, please contact us using the form so we can offer you a quick solution.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
